  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Red Pepper, Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 0.13 cup Cream
  • as per your need Fresh Cilantro For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a large pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
