Ingredients for Chicken and Bean Chili Verde Recipe
3/4 pound Fresh tomatillos washed and husks removed
3/4 Garlic cloves chopped
1/4 Extra large chicken bouillon cube
3/4 cup Water
1/4 Large yellow onion
3/4 Poblano peppers seeded and chopped
1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
4 ounce Package frozen corn
1/4 tablespoon Dried chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried ground cumin
1/4 Fully cooked rotisserie chicken shredded
3.75 ounce 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
3.75 ounce 1 can navy beans, drained and rinsed
3.75 ounce 1 can small kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2-1 cup Chicken broth divided
1/4 cup Crushed tortilla chips fairly finely crushed
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
3/4 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
