Ingredients for Chicken 65 Recipe

  • 125 g Small chicken pieces
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Yoghurt
  • 1/4 Pieces Lemon
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 Cups Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp green chilli
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp dry red chillies
  • 1/2 Tsp grated garlic
  • 3/4 Tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 Cups Soyabean oil
  • 1/4 Cups Water

Directions: Chicken 65 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste,2 tsp youghart,2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder,2 tsp black pepper powder,salt,2 tsp cornflour.Set aside for 30 mins.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in wok and deep fry chicken on medium heat until golden and crispy. Fry in small batches without crowding the wok.
  • STEP 3.Heat little oil in a pan on medium heat and add garlic, followed by mustard, green chiles,Dry Red chillies and curry leaves. Give it a stir then add ketchup, kashmiri red chilli powder red chilli and water.
  • STEP 4.When mixture sizzles add the fried chicken. Mix fried chicken well to coat with the seasoning lemon and serve.
  • STEP 5.Finally serve the great yummy platter
