STEP 1.Grind garlic, chili, curd together and prepare a paste. Marinate the chicken with prepared paste.

STEP 1.Add kashmiri chilli powder,salt, coriander powder,garam masala and mix it well.

STEP 1.Now keep the marinated chicken undisturbed for one hour. put the ghee in the pan and heat it.

STEP 1.Then add the grinded onions and fry it until it seems golden brown in colour.

STEP 1.Now add the prepared marinated chicken slowly in the pan. Mix it thoroughly.

STEP 1.Now cover the pan with lid and cook the chicken on full flame for 10 mins. After 10 min uncover the pan and stir it for a while.

STEP 1.Now add a glass of water to make it semi gravy. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and dried fenugreek for taste.

STEP 1.Now cover the lid again for 5 mins and cook it on low flame.
