  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 piece Whole dry red chillies, broken into
  • 3 Cardamoms
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 3 Cloves
  • 25 Mm cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Broken cashewnuts
  • 6 Garlic Clove
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 cup Chooped onions
  • 3 Tomatoes, blanched and grated
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 3 cup Boiled mixed vegetables
