STEP 2.In a mixer grinder add 10gm of green chilies, 5gm of ginger, 2 dry red chilies, and make a paste.
STEP 3.In a mixing bowl add 1 cup of rice flour, the prepared chili paste, soaked chana dal, chopped curry leaves, salt , white butter and mix.
STEP 4.Add water in small quantities to prepare a dough.
STEP 5.Now take a small quantity and prepare a roll shape, make the rolls of entire dough.
STEP 6.In a pot heat oil and fry the flattened rolls, remove the rolls when partially fried.
STEP 7.Let it cool and fry again for extra crisp.
