1/4 teaspoon Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Plus 1/2 cup butter, melted, divided
1/4 tablespoon Cognac
0.13 teaspoon Sugar
0.06 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/2 Turkey Breast Cutlets
1/2 Boneless skinless duck breast halves
1 Chicken Tenderloins
0.06 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
0.03 cup Ground Almonds
As required Cranberry orange sauce
0.06 cup Sugar
0.13 teaspoon Tablespoon plus 2 cornstarch
0.03 teaspoon Salt
1/50 teaspoon Ground cloves
0.19 cup Orange juice
0.19 cup Fresh cranberries
0.03 cup Lemon juice
0.13 teaspoon Tablespoon minced fresh mint or 1 dried mint
1/4 teaspoon Tablespoons plus 2 butter
0.13 teaspoon Grated Orange Zest
0.06 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
