STEP 1.Caramelise the cherries- heat a pan, add the cherries, butter and sugar and let it cook for 2 mins.
STEP 2.For the batter- add in milk, custard powder, vanilla extract, sugar, salt, melted butter and flour and mix it well so that no lumps are formed and the consistency should be like that of pancake.
STEP 3.Grease a round baking dish with butter and arrange the caramelised cherries in a single layer. Now pour in the batter. The cherries will float on top.
STEP 4.Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 40-45 mins in a pre heated oven. Dust the Clafoutis with powdered sugar. Happy Baking ☺️
