  • 0.06 Juice of lemon
  • 0.03 teaspoon Vanilla or almond extract
  • 1/100 teaspoon Sea salt
  • As required Freshly grated nutmeg

  • 0.08 cup Shredded coconut fakes
  • 0.03 cup Almond flour
  • 1/25 cup Maple sugar, you could use coconut sugar if absolute necessary, but, use maple for ideal flavor and color

  • 0.03 teaspoon Cinnamon
