  • 1/4 cup 200 g raw rice flour
  • 0.38 cup 1.75 water
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ghee
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1/2 teaspoon extra oil
  • 1/4 banana leaf
  • As required For prawns
  • 125 gram prawns
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • As required Wash, clean and devein the prawns. Drain out water completely. In a wide bowl, mix prawns with turmeric powder and salt. Cover and keep aside for half an hour

  • 1.50 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 0.06 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Water
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
