Very indian favourites moong daal and palak in a diffrerent style as a delicacy. Very quick and tasty, using pre made palak puree and soaked moong this dish is healthy and quick to do. Use of minimum spices but tasty.palam puree in butter saute adds to the taste. Ideal for formal dinners as well. Serve garnished with crumbled cheese.
