Ingredients for Cheesy Spaghetti With Spinach And Roasted Garlic Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 100 gram Spinach washed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cheese spread
  • 1.50 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper freshly pounded
  • 300 gram Spaghetti cooked ‘el dente

Directions: Cheesy Spaghetti With Spinach And Roasted Garlic Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.-1)preheat a pan and add 1 tbsp olive oil, when hot add 2 cloves chopped garlic. Saute until the garlic is soft and the aroma of frying garlic comes through.

step 2

  • STEP 2.-2)add 100 gms washed and chopped spinach. Cook spinach on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes till spinach wilts and cooks down.

  • STEP 3.-3)next add ¼ cup cheese spread (britannia garlic cheese spread). Stir it in to combine well. Add 1 ½ cup milk to thin the consistency of the cheese sauce. Add ½ tsp freshly pounded black peppercorns and ¼ red chilli flakes (optional)

step 4

  • STEP 4.-4)bring it to a brisk boil and add 300 gms cooked spaghetti. Using tongs or 2 ladles toss the pasta with the spinach cheese sauce to ensure that spaghetti is well coated with the sauce.

step 5

  • STEP 5.-5)cheesy spaghetti with spinach and roasted garlic is ready.serve in a plate garnished with chilli flakes.
