This dish will surely make your tastebuds drool over. It's hit among the kids as it's a cheesy delight. This dish is a fusion between noodles and pizza both of which are kids favourite. I made it healthy with atta noodles and veggies.
STEP 1.1. First boil water and make atta noodles as instructed in the packet.
STEP 2.2. Add tomato sauce to it.
STEP 3.3.Now add cornflour to it and mix properly. Cook it for 2 minutes. Noodles will combine together.
STEP 4.4. Then take a non stick pan and add the combined noodles in a tsp of oil. Spread the noodles uniformly forming the pizza base. Let it form the pizza crust.
STEP 5.5. Cover and simmer it for 5 mins. The base will turn crispy. Switch off the flame.
STEP 6.6. Spread the pizza sauce all over it.
STEP 7.7. Top it up with diced capsicum and olives.
STEP 8.8. Spread mozzarella cheese generously. Sprinkle herbs over it.
STEP 9.9. Now switch on the flame. Cover and simmer it for 5 mins until all the cheese melts.
STEP 10.10. Cheesy noodles pizza is ready to be served. Enjoy hot!!
