Ingredients for Cheesy Canape pizza Bytes Recipe

  • 12.50 g Plain flour
  • 12.50 g Whole wheat flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 5 g Butter
  • As Required Chopped green capsicum
  • As Required Chopped red
  • as required yellow bellpeppers
  • as required Chopped onions
  • as required Boiled sweet corn kernels
  • As Required Sliced black olive
  • 0.13 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
  • as required Pizza sauce
  • as required Pizza herbs
  • as required Chilli flakes

Directions: Cheesy Canape Pizza Bytes Recipe

  • STEP 1.Crusty Canapes preparation, In a mixing bowl, take plain flour, whole wheat flour mix salt & herbs. Add Butter mix properly until crumbs texture. Add water gradually & knead until stiff dough. Wrap with a Cling & refrigerate for 60 min.
  • STEP 2.After that remove the cling from the rested dough & knead again for a min. Divide into 2 equal portions & roll out each portion & make a lart Circle. Place a medium karori or round shape cookie cutter & make some circles from it. Make 10 circles for 10 Canapes.
  • STEP 3.Grease the Canape moulds with some butter. Place a circle into the Canape mould, press gently & press to set with mould properly. Cut out the extra dough from edges. Make all canapes followed by same method.
  • STEP 4.Arrange the prepared Canapes into a baking tray & place into the pre heated Oven & bake at 180°c for 15 min.
  • STEP 5.After that demould Canapes after cool completely.
  • STEP 6.In a mixing bowl, mix together with all vegetables, pizza sauce, pizza herbs, chilli flakes.
  • STEP 7.Fill with 2 tbsp of prepared pizza filling into each Canapes. Mozzarella cheese herbs & chilli flakes. Place into pre-heated Oven & bake again at 180°c for 10 min.or until cheese melts nicely.
  • STEP 8.Enjoy as monsoon Snacks or Party snacks.
