Cheesy aubergines in pasta sauce Recipe

Aubergines/brinjal with soft pulp, is ideal for this indo western dish. I used mashed potatoes with onion, tomato garlic mash for filling here, saute-cooked in some oil. Base of pasta sauce and topping of grated some mozrella, this is microwaved for 3-4 minutes before serving.
