Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 3.Add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add mashed vegetables like potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and capsicum. Mix everything together.
  • STEP 5.Cook for a few minutes until the flavors blend well. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • STEP 6.Cut the mini pav buns horizontally and lightly toast them on a pan with butter.
  • STEP 7.Spread a spoonful of the prepared bhaji mixture on each pav bun.
  • STEP 8.Top with grated cheese and place them on a baking tray.
  • STEP 9.Bake in a preheated oven at 180掳C for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
