  • 10 gram Grated Cheese
  • 1/5 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/5 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves

  • 1/20 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, crumble paneer and add grated cheese, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, ginger paste, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Take a samosa patti and fold it into a cone shape. Fill the cone with the paneer and cheese mixture. Apply water on the edges and seal the samosa.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 4.Serve the cheese paneer samosas hot with mint chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
