  • 1 tablespoon Rice Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix besan (gram flour), rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Cut cheese into small cubes or strips.
  • STEP 3.Dip the cheese cubes into the batter, making sure they are well coated.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai.
  • STEP 5.Carefully drop the coated cheese cubes into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
