Ingredients for cheese corn balls Recipe

  • 1 cup mozzerella cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 2 nos boiled and mashed potates
  • 1 tbsp maida or
  • 1/2 nos tblsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 nos tblsp black pepper powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required Other ingredients
  • 3 nos tblsp maida
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • As required Oil For Frying

Directions: Cheese Corn Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a large mixing bowl add corn, cheese, potatoes, pepper powder, chat masala, salt,maida mix well together in a form of dough.
  • STEP 2.Grease hand with oil and prepare balls with dough.
  • STEP 3.Roll it into dry maida, then dip it into maida paste,then roll it into bread crumbs.
  • STEP 4.Now freeze it for half and hour.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in Kadai and deep fry the balls on medium flame till they becomes crispy and golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot.
