A lot of dishes can be made using cheese. Here I have made a dish for the little ones. Cheese Chili Toast is made using cheese and butter which looks very yummy in taste.

Ingredients for Cheese chilli toast Recipe

  • 2 Pieces bread
  • 50 g shredded processed cheese
  • 2 Tablespoon S melted butter
  • 1/2 Cup boiled corn
  • 1/2 Pieces Red bell pepper diced
  • 2 Pieces Fresh Green Chillies: Finely Chopped
  • 3 Pieces Finely chopped garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 Tablespoon oregano
  • As Required Tomato ketchup
  • As Required Butter

Directions: Cheese Chilli Toast Recipe

  • STEP 1.First add garlic, green chillies, coriander, red bell pepper, corn kernels, pepper powder and shredded cheese in a bowl and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Butter and cheese should be properly mixed. Mix all this by hand till the mixture becomes creamy.
  • STEP 3.Now apply bread butter and bake in a pan. Then apply this mixture on the baked bread. So that the cheese melts properly.
  • STEP 4.Cheese Chili Toast is ready to serve. Now cut it in half and serve on a plate. Spread chili flakes and oregano on it.
  • STEP 5.Serve the cheese chili toast with tomato ketchup.
