Ingredients for Cheese Angoori subji Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 1 tbsp Paneer
  • 1 tbsp Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander
  • 1/2 g reen Chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Pieces Onions
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 2.50 g arlic pods
  • 1/2 g Piece ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1.50 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Dhaniya jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Cashews
  • 1 tsp Melon seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi

Directions: Cheese Angoori Subji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak melon seeds and cashew in warm water for 30 minutes. Then make a paste of it.
  • STEP 2.Grate the potato. In it add grated paneer, grated cheese, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilli and pinch of salt and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Prepare small balls from this mixture.
  • STEP 4.Roll over it into dry cornflour and deep fry. Keep aside.
  • STEP 5.In a pan add oil. Add garlic, ginger, 1 chopped onion, bay leaf and saute.
  • STEP 6.Once onions are translucent, add tomato puree, dry red chilli and cook it well. Also add caahew melon paste.
  • STEP 7.Once it is done, take it to a mixer grinder jar and after cool down, grind to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 8.Strain the paste to get smooth paste.
  • STEP 9.In a pan add ghee.
  • STEP 10.Add cumin seeds. Now add 1 chopped onion and saute it. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dhaniya jeera powder and mix well. Once it is sauteed, add strained puree and cook it.
  • STEP 11.Now add salt to taste, sugar to balance the taste and kasoori methi.
  • STEP 12.Now add the kofta to the gravy while serving time only. Top it with som shreded cheese and serve with roti or paratha.
