  • 1.67 ounce Frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 0.33 cup 1// finely diced white onion
  • 1.33 ounce Cream cheese
  • 0.08 cup Shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 0.08 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 0.08 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.33 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 0.33 teaspoon Finely minced jalapeno pepper
  • 0.08 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 0.08 cup Sour cream
  • 0.08 cup Salsa

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine the spinach, onions, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, jalapeno pepper, and seasoned salt.
  • Stir until well blended. Spread into a 1-quart casserole dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top is nice and bubbly. Enjoy.

Cooking Tips

  • Use a wide and shallow casserole dish. Not only will you get more of that crispy cheese layer on top that everyone loves, but it will be much easier for everyone to reach the dip.

Serving and Storage

  • Serve with sour cream, salsa, and warmed tortilla chips.
