Ingredients for Chatti Pathiri (Chicken Stuffed) Recipe

  • 450 gram Boneless chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • As required Curry leaves
  • 4 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • piece Small ginger crushed
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup Chopped onion and 0.5
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • As required Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 glass Warm Water
  • 4 Egg
  • As required Milk

Directions: Chatti Pathiri (chicken Stuffed) Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Knit the flour with 1tsp oil and 1 glass of warm water. Make a fine batter of 4 eggs, salt, 1tsp pepper powder and ½ cup milk

  • STEP 1.Heat 1tsp coconut oil, add curry leaves, crushed garlic and ginger . Add 1cup of chopped onion and green chilies, keep frying until the onions turns light brown

  • STEP 1.Add 1tsp red chili powder, 1tsp coriander powder,¼ tsp turmeric powder, pepper powder ½ tsp and mix well

  • STEP 1.Add the boneless chicken and mix well . Add chopped coriander leaves and cook for 4mins

  • STEP 1.Take the knitted flour , and make 4 chapatis with a roller . Again roll the 4 chapatis together to match the size

  • STEP 1.Heat the chapati so that the 4 chapatis can be separated again and dip them in the egg batter one by one . On the pressure cooker, place one chapati as a base for the layering

  • STEP 1.Then put a layer of chicken, then again a chapatis . Then again a chicken layer .. The top most layer should be a chapati

step 8

  • STEP 1.Add the left out batter in the cooker . Bake it and take it upside down in a plate.

  • STEP 1.Cut and serve as a good snack
