Ingredients for Chatpata Soya Bites.. Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Boiled soya chunks
  • 1.50 tbsp 3-4 tbsp
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 0.13 tsp Haldi powder
  • 2.75 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1.38 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1.50 tbsp Oil

Directions: Chatpata Soya Bites.. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the soya chunks and squeeze out all water and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Chop the onions and capsicum into big pieces.
  • STEP 3.In a kadai take oil and add chopped onions and saute on high flame for 2-3 mins and then add chopped capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins.
  • STEP 4.Add boiled soya chunks and saute for 4-5 mins.
  • STEP 5.Add salt to taste and all masalas and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Reduce the flame to slow.
  • STEP 7.Add coarse peanut powder and mix everything well and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot...
  • STEP 9.Your yummy instant chatpata snack is ready
