Recipe By Slurrp

Chatpata Karela is a delicious and tangy Indian dish made with bitter gourd. The bitter gourd is sliced and marinated in a mixture of spices, lemon juice, and tamarind paste, which helps to reduce the bitterness. It is then stir-fried until crispy and garnished with fresh coriander leaves. This dish is a perfect balance of flavors, with the bitterness of the karela complemented by the tanginess and spiciness of the marinade. It can be served as a side dish with roti or rice.
