Ingredients for Chatpata Dahi Makhana chaat Recipe
1/2 cup Phool Makhana (Fox nut)
1/2 tsp Ghee
1/2 cup Chilled thick Curd
1 tbsp Sweet Tamarind Date Chutney (Saunth)
1 tbsp Mint chutney
1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala powder
A Pinch Pinch of Red chilli powder
1 inch Pinch of black salt
to taste Salt
1 Tbsp Roasted peanuts (broken)
1 tbsp Boiled white Lobia (Black eyed beans)
1/2 tbsp Chopped onion
1 As Required For Ganishing Fresh Pomegranate seeds & nylon sev for garnising
As Required For Ganishing Mint leaves
Directions: Chatpata Dahi Makhana Chaat Recipe
STEP 1.Roast Makhanas into ghee on low flame with pinch of salt until light brown in colour.
STEP 2.Take out into a serving plate. Keep aside until cool completely.
STEP 3.Beat Curd with pinch of Black salt & chaat masala. Spread all over the roasted Makhanas. Sprinkle Mint chutney, sweet Tamarind Date Chutney. Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste, pinch of Black salt. Sprinkle roasted Peanuts, boiled Lobia, chopped onion. Finally sprinkle some Fresh Pomegranate seeds & nylon Sev. Garnish with fresh Mint leaves.
