STEP 1. Tak a mixing bowl, add puffed rice and broken papdi. Reserve some papadi's, as they can be used as a spoon for this bhel.
STEP 2.Then add onion, tomato, chilli powder and very little salt (both the chutneys have added salt in it).
STEP 3.Then add green chutney, sweet chutney and chopped potato.
STEP 4.Add plain sev,mix Sev ,chaat masala and mix everything quickly.
STEP 5.Add grated carrot, chopped mango, peanut and coriander leaves.
STEP 6.Squeeze lemon juice and toss everything well.
STEP 7.Serve this yummy bhel.
