  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Puree
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute. Then, add chopped cabbage and cook until it becomes soft.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 5.Finally, add the minced cabbage and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
