  • 0.17 kilogram fish egg
  • 0.33 No.s Onions
  • 0.17 No.s Red Pepper
  • 0.17 No.s green pepper

  • 0.33 garlic cloves
  • 0.33 cup white wine
  • 1 No.s large potatoes
  • 0.33 cup yellow squash
  • 0.33 cup sweetcorn
  • 0.17 cup sweet beans

Directions: Charquicán Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 - saute onions in a pan and add all seasoning to it.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 - add garlic, eggs and chopped meat in it and cook until it turns golden brown.

step 3

  • STEP 3.In a pot take water, white wine, potatoes, carrots, squash and pepper.

step 4

  • STEP 4.3 - boil the vegetables and then mash them.

step 5

  • STEP 5.4 - combine the vegetales with the meat mix in the pan.

step 6

  • STEP 6.5 - boil peas and sweet corn in a pot and add them to the meat mix pan as well.

step 7

  • STEP 7.6 - combine everything well.

step 8

  • STEP 8.7 - pour charquican in a plate and top it with fried eggs.
