Charmbure Upkari ( Mangalorean street style bhel) Recipe

Recipe By Ramya Kamath

This is a Mangalorean age old street snack made of puffed rice and other ingredients. The tanginess of the raw mango and the aroma of the coconut oil is what makes it different from other bhel. It is generally sold in food carts or mobile canteens.
