Ingredients for Chane ki dal ki barfi Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups Chana Dal Ki Barfi
  • 1/4 cup 1 cup
  • 1/2 cups Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 12.50 gm dry fruits = finely chopped
  • 1/4 gram 1. Cook the soaked gram dal by mixing one cup of milk and half a cup
  • 1/2 g Now grind it in a mixer
  • 3/4 cup 3. Heat 1 cup
  • 1 g Add sugar and keep stirring till it gets cooked
  • 1/2 A Few Dry fruits

  • STEP 1.Chana Dal Ki Barfi
  • STEP 2.material..
  • STEP 3.1 cup .... gram dal (soaked for 12 hours)
  • STEP 4.2 cups.......ghee
  • STEP 5.1 cup... sugar
  • STEP 6.1 cup.... milk
  • STEP 7.50gm dry fruits = finely chopped
  • STEP 8.Vidhi....
  • STEP 9.1. Cook the soaked gram dal by mixing one cup of milk and half a cup of water in the cooker for 2 whistles.
  • STEP 10.2. Now grind it in a mixer.
  • STEP 11.3. Heat 1 cup of ghee in a pan and roast the paste of lentils on low flame till it turns brown. While frying keep adding little ghee.
  • STEP 12.4. Add sugar and keep stirring till it gets cooked.
  • STEP 13.5. When cooked, add cardamom powder, dry fruits.
  • STEP 14.6. Spread all the mixers on a plate and shape the barfi and serve
