Best of 2022 I have made Chana dal Vada for my family members for evening snacks. These are absolutely delicious and healthy to eat. Along with Coriander Chutney and tomato sauce and along with it you also have hot tea.

Ingredients for Chana dal Vada Recipe

  • 1 gram ground gramdal (Soaked thedal for hours)
  • 0.67 gram whole Soakeddal
  • 0.67 nos Finely chopped green chillies
  • 0.33 tsp grated ginger
  • 0.67 tsp Rice Flour
  • As required salt to taste
  • 0.33 tsp garam masala
  • 0.33 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.67 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • As required Refined oil for frying Chanadal Vada.

Directions: Chana Dal Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.✍️__First of all, we will Soak gram dal for 2 hours, and drain it's water, and take out two spoons of gram dal, after that we will grind the rest and prepare the paste.
  • STEP 2.✍️__Take out the paste in a plate and beat it well. Then add rice flour, gram dal, salt all the spices and chopped Coriander leaves and mix.
  • STEP 3.✍️__Now heat oil in a pan and fry the lentil vadas on medium gas. Take our delicious dal ka vada is ready. Enjoy delicious vadas with green Chutney and tomato sauce.😋😋
