STEP 1.1 Measuring Cup Chana Dal.Soak for 3 hours. Add Water and Boil for 20 Minutes. Stir Occasionally. Cook well soft. Drain off. And rest for 30Minutes. Cook dal cool completely. Blend fine Chana Dal.
STEP 2.In a Bowl take Chana Dal Powder. Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder, 1/2 spoon Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 Spoon Amchur Powder,1/2 Spoon Garam Masala, 1/2 Tea Spoon Cumin Powder, 1/4 Tea Spoon Ajwain, 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt, and 2 Table Spoon Finally chopped Coriander.Mix well all the ingredients .
STEP 3.In a Bowl take 2 Measuring Cup Wheat flour. Add 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt and 2 Tea Spoon Oil. Mix all the ingredients, and add 1 Measuring Cup of Water.Knead the Dough. Water as required. Knead smooth and soft Dough, and rest for 20 Minutes.
STEP 4.After 20 Minutes take Dough. Add dust wheat flour and roll 5 inches Puri.Add Chana Dal Powder stuffing ball sized. Start Pleating. Roll slightly thick.Put Roll on the Hot pan and flip over and half cook, spread half spoon oil on the Paratha. Press Gently.Roast both the sides. And served with Curd.
STEP 5.It is very Teasty.
