Ingredients for Chana Dal Kebab/Bengal Gram Kabab Recipe

  • 62.50 g socked chana daal
  • 25 g boiled potato
  • 0.06 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 0.06 Tsp Chat masala
  • 0.13 Tsp Garm masala powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp chopped green coriander leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 Tsp chopped Green Chilli
  • 0.13 Tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Oil for deep fring

Directions: Chana Dal Kebab/bengal Gram Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, Strain the chana dal and grind it in a mixture. Then mashed the boiled potato.
  • STEP 2.Add in a big bowl boiled potato, chana dal paste, breadcrumbs and all ingredients except oil.
  • STEP 3.Mix it and combine well like a dough, and keep it for rest to 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into twelve equal parts and shape them into tikkis.
  • STEP 5.In a pan and or kadai, heat oil and deep fry all the kababs medium to low flame.
  • STEP 6.Deep Fry/shallow fry kebabs ( your choice) till golden brown in colour and crispy.
  • STEP 7.Serve these Chana Dal Kebabs with souce, green mint chatany and meethi chatany.
  • STEP 8.Tips : You can add onion and garlic also as your choice.
