STEP 1.1. Wash and Soak chana Daal for 4 hours. After 4 hours strain water. Grind dal in a mixer keeping aside 1 tb sp dal in a separate bowl.
STEP 2.2. Wash, peel and chop onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli. Chop coriander leaves.
STEP 3.3. Mix all the chopped ingredients mentioned at 2 in grinded dal. Mix 1 tb sp soaked dal (which was kept in a separate bowl ) in it.
STEP 4.4. Add all the masala ingredients and cumin seeds, coriander seeds and black pepper seeds in it and mix well.
STEP 5.5. Heat oil in a wok. Make vadas with the help of your palms and deep fry till golden brown colour. Make all the vadas like this.
STEP 6.6. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
