62.50 gm Refined flour (maida)
25 gm Semolina (suji )
25 g ml ghee for moin
1/4 tsp Salt
0.13 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper
0.13 tsp ajwain
0.13 tsp Kasoori methi
As Required Oil to deep fry
Directions: Champakali Or Namkeen Karele Recipe
STEP 1.Take flour and suji in a big bowl ,add melted ghee for moin and rub with hands
STEP 2.Add salt ,black pepper,ajwain and kasoori methi
STEP 3.Knead a tight dough adding lukewarm water
STEP 4.Keep aside for 10 minutes to rest
STEP 5.Now take a small portion ,roll on board by roaling pin like small flatbread
STEP 6.Cut slits with knife leaving sides atteched
STEP 7.Give the shape as shown in picture by folding it
STEP 8.Now make all the same way
STEP 9.Then deep fry in medium hot oil till crisp
STEP 10.Take out in a plate on absorbing paper
STEP 11.After cooling down store in an airtight container
