Ingredients for Chaat Recipe

  • 250 nos Yellow matar boiled with salt and turmeric around gms.
  • 1/2 tsp Dry roasted cumin powder -
  • 1/2 tsp Amchur powder -
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 nos small Onion chopped
  • 1/2 nos green chillis - [chopped]
  • 1/2 tsp Minced ginger and green chilli -
  • 1/2 tsp Tamarind Pulp -
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice -
  • As required Fresh corriander [handful]
  • 1/2 nos tomatoes chopped -
  • As required Cucumber and carrot is optional

Directions: Chaat Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the yellow matar properly not over cooked.
  • STEP 2.Take some boiled matar in a bowl and add chopped onions and fry roasted cumin powder.
  • STEP 3.Add amchur powder and lil chaat Masala.
  • STEP 4.Then put chopped fresh corriander,onion, green chillis and tomatoes
  • STEP 5.Mix them well. And then add tamarind pulp and lemon as per your taste.
  • STEP 6.Minced ginger is optional.
  • STEP 7.That's all and it's like a chaat and can be eaten as many times as you want
