Ingredients for Cauliflower_Rabdi_in_Cauliflower_Tarts Recipe

  • As required Ingredients for Cauliflower Rabdi
  • 1/2 cup grated Cauliflower
  • 0.13 cup Milkmaid
  • 1 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • As required Some saffron strands
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 0.13 tsp kewra essence
  • As required Some dry fruits for garnish
  • As required Rose petals
  • As required Ingredients for Cauliflower Tart
  • 1/4 cup grated Cauliflower
  • 1/2 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1 tbsp Milkpowder
  • 1 tbsp Milkmaid
  • 0.13 tsp cardamom powder

Directions: Cauliflower_rabdi_in_cauliflower_tarts Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee,roast a grated cauliflower for 5-10 minutes at low medium flame till light golden colour and aroma will come.Then add milk powder and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.And then add milkmaid and mix it well and then add cardamom powder and mix again.
  • STEP 2.2.It will come together and then take a mould and cover it with cling wrap and then spread the mixture in it and press it to make a tart shape.Then refrigerator it for half an hour.
  • STEP 3.3.Now for cauliflower rabdi,take a pan add milk and cook it to reduce half with saffron added.Now again on the other side,roast the grated cauliflower in a ghee till light brown colour.
  • STEP 4.4.Now add this cauliflower in a reduced saffron milk and cook it again till our rabdi get thick.Now add milkmaid and cook it for 2-3 minutes.After cooling down little,add kewra essence and mix well.And refrigerate it for half an hour.
  • STEP 5.5.Now for assembling the dessert,demould the tarts carefully,then pour this chilled rabdi in a tarts and garnish with crushed nuts (almonds and pistachios) and some rose petals and beetroot tuille and apply silver verk on tarts.
