Ingredients for cauliflower potato curry Recipe

  • 1/2 cup diced brinjal
  • 1/2 nos potato diced
  • 1/2 nos chopped tomato
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/2 nos green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • As required Salt

Directions: Cauliflower Potato Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.heat oil in a Kadai. Add cumin seeds , fennel seeds and green chillies.
  • STEP 2.add the brinjal , potato and give it a stir.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, turmeric powder and cover the pan with a lid. Let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the chilli powder and coriander powder . Cook for another 10 minutes .
  • STEP 5.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or paratha.
