its a lost recipe from Kolkata. Favourite dish of Sir Rabindra nath Tagore. one day while reading about lost recipies i came across this unique sweet dish. And tried it. and to my surprise it came out really very delicious.
STEP 2.2. in a pan add ghee and than add kismis to shallo fry than add cauliflower and milk
STEP 3.3. cook it till the mixture leaves the sides of pan and than add mawa
STEP 4.4. finally add sugar and cook till it again leaves side of pan.
STEP 5.5. switch off the flame add cardamom powder and serve hot.
