its a lost recipe from Kolkata. Favourite dish of Sir Rabindra nath Tagore. one day while reading about lost recipies i came across this unique sweet dish. And tried it. and to my surprise it came out really very delicious.

Ingredients for Cauliflower Halwa Recipe

  • 62.50 gm of cauliflower
  • 25 gms Sugar
  • 62.50 ml Milk
  • 25 gm Mawa
  • 0.06 tsp cardamom powder
  • 0-1/4 nos Kismis
  • 1 nos Ghee tspn

Directions: Cauliflower Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. finally chop cauliflower
  • STEP 2.2. in a pan add ghee and than add kismis to shallo fry than add cauliflower and milk
  • STEP 3.3. cook it till the mixture leaves the sides of pan and than add mawa
  • STEP 4.4. finally add sugar and cook till it again leaves side of pan.
  • STEP 5.5. switch off the flame add cardamom powder and serve hot.
