Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Start by cleaning and cutting the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together besan (gram flour), rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 3.Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it is well coated.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the cauliflower florets until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Remove the fried cauliflower florets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 6.In a separate bowl, mix together chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt.
