  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies.
  • STEP 2.Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add cauliflower florets and mix well. Cover and cook until cauliflower is tender.
