My brother and i used to give my mom a hard time with cauliflower, so my mom began experimenting with different recipes to find one that we would actually eat. One recipe was finally a winner among her countless inventions, and today, id like to share it with you. The cauliflower is tender and crunchy, covered in a delicious sauce and tons of melted cheese. What kid doesnt like cheese? Its an irresistible combination Serve with meats or soups, or for lunch with a slice or two of garlic bread.
