Ingredients for Cauliflower And Prawn Stir Fry Recipe

  • 300 gram Cauliflower
  • 100 gram Prawns
  • 1 No.s Green chilli pepper
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 0.33 teaspoon Corn Flour
  • As required Salt

Directions: Cauliflower And Prawn Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 place 100 gm shelled deveined prawns in a bowl, add 1 tsp cooking wine and mix well. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 in a saucepan boil water, add salt to taste, 300 gm cauliflower cut into bite size pieces and blanch for 1minute. Then remove and drain the cauliflower.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil on high heat, add 2 cloves finely chopped garlic, 1 thinly sliced green chili pepper and stir fry for a few seconds.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add the marinated prawns and stir fry fro2 minutes until prawns turn pink.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add the cauliflower to the wok and stir fry for 1 minute.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add ½ tsp vinegar and salt to taste and stir.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 then add the cornflour water mixture and stir well.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 transfer to a dish and serve.
