A very instant snack prepared from deep frying cashews.This is a really simple to prepare and very tasty snack recipe, made with cashew nuts.Moreover adding fresh mint leaves to this pakoda gives an extra flavour to it.
STEP 1.In a bowl add gram flour,rice flour,red chilli powder,fennel seeds,green chillies, chopped onions, chopped curry leaves, chopped ginger and little salt.

STEP 2.Mix all well and add 1 tbsp hot oil.

STEP 3.Now add water little by little and make a thick paste

STEP 4.Add cashew nuts and mix well.

STEP 5.Coat the cashew nuts properly with the mixture and keep it aside for 5 mins.

STEP 1.add oil in a pan & heat it.
step 9
STEP 1.gently add the coated cashews one by one and fry it.
step 10
STEP 1.fry it at medium flame, and when it turns golden brown add one sprig of curry leaves.
step 11
STEP 1.fry well and take it out
