  • 1/5 black cardamom
  • 1-1.20 black pepper pods
  • 1/10 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Crushed dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/5 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/5 tablespoon cream
  • 1/10 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/10 tablespoon egg curry masala
  • 1/5 Dry red chilli
  • 1/5 teaspoon sugar or gud
  • 0.40 tablespoon Oil or ghee for cooking
  • As required Some broken cashews for making puree
