  • As required A package of clean alfalfa, the sort used for food for hamsters, rabbits and other small varmints

  • 1/2 cup Dried seaweed. toasted nori sheets used for sushi are just fine and easy to get in most markets
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • As required Walnut, hazelnut, or olive oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon Lemon juice
