Ingredients for Carrot Rice Recipe

  • 1/4 cup washed rice
  • 1 cups Of grated carrots
  • 0-1/4 nos cardamom.. green
  • 0-1/4 nos Cloves
  • 0.19 cup sugar...can add as per your taste
  • 1/4 nos tbs pure ghee

Directions: Carrot Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pressure cook rice and carrots ....adding little water,cardamom and cloves
  • STEP 2.Cook till 3-4 whistles
  • STEP 3.When cool,open the cooker,add sugar and ghee..
  • STEP 4.Cook a while on low flame till sugar is incorporated.
  • STEP 5.Add dry fruits and nuts while serving (optional)
