Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and green chilies.
  • STEP 2.Add grated carrots and sauté for a few minutes until they are slightly cooked but still retain their crunch.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, turmeric powder, and grated coconut. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
