Ingredients for Carrot ladoo Recipe

  • 50 gms Carrot
  • 1/5 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.07 cup Sugar
  • 1/20 Cup half cup milk powder
  • 1/20 Tsp half tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/20 Cup Half cup milk
  • 1/10 tbsp Fried broken nuts
  • 1/20 Cup almonds & raisinshalf cup Grated coconut

Directions: Carrot Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the carrots & grate them.
  • STEP 2.Heat a pan, pour ghee, add grated carrot, and stir it on low heat for 5 min. Then add milk. sugar & cardamom powder.
  • STEP 3.Cook it for 15 min. When it absorbs milk & sugar melts (sticky consistency). Add milk powder, fried nuts, almonds & raisins.
  • STEP 4.Stir it well. Then add grated coconut (fry it in a hot pan for 1 min to dry it). Cook it for 2 min.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat. Transfer it to a greased plate.
  • STEP 6.Cool it. After 5 min. Make balls.
  • STEP 7.Decorate it with Almonds & nuts.
  • STEP 8.Yummy Carrot ladoo is ready to serve. Enjoy it.
